Prior to contacting The Rockmore Group I had met with a handful of Dallas pavers contractors but I did not feel as if I was getting anywhere near my vision, it’s as if contractors nowadays are not looking out for your best interest and only care about the money, but when I spoke and met with Francesco, this guy is so professional, polite, and you can tell that he really cares about you and your project. He took the time to share so much knowledge and information and guided my wife and I throughout the entire process. Amazed! My experience with Rockmore was a pleasant one. I called at 2pm, I got a price over the phone within minutes of talking to someone (which is absolutely amazing), I was okay with the ballpark price, Francesco showed up at 5;30pm on the dot, confirmed measurements, showed me many different pavers and manufacturers that best fit my needs, I signed a contract and provided a deposit, next day they demolished my concrete driveway, day after that the crew installed all the Dallas concrete pavers on my driveway. I was so pleased with the work and service that I had them do my entire backyard, and once again everything was executed with such professionalism, efficiency and high quality. From the initial contact all the way through the end everything was absolutely flawless. Francesco is very personable, friendly and helpful. He was always available to answer any questions we had.
